The property is located at:

From Woodbine station on the Danforth line (Green Subway line) Walk South on Woodbine Avenue. Turn right onto Wildwood Crescent by taking the small staircase just south of the bridge above the road.

Uber/Lyft:

To save a bit of time, it is recommended to use Lyft/Uber to get to the house.
The cost of a Lyft/Uber ride will depend on the time of travel but will roughly be around $15 from Union.

Look for a bright white stucco bungalow house, with the number "46" clearly visible by the front door.

🚘Parking Instructions

Please use the designated off-street Free parking spot. This parking spot is suitable for one vehicle only.

If additional on-street parking is required please follow the rules of the local signs.
On street free parking is only allowed between 7:00am-Midnight.
For overnight stay please obtain a parking permit at the following website:

🔑Entry and Security

The front door is equipped with self-locking smart lock.
Please punch in the provided password # # # # + "Ultraloq"

The password is changed and unique for every group of guests.
When leaving the house, please make sure the door is closed all the way.

📷There are surveillance cameras located: one above the driveway, second one in the back yard. No cameras indoors.

🔥There are smart Carbon Monoxide detectors installed on every floor.

⛽Gas leak detector is installed.

⛔House Rules

- No unregistered guests or third party booking allowed

- No parties or events allowed on site

- Smoking, vaping, and e-cigarettes are only permitted outside the house. Cigarette butts must be disposed of properly. Extra cleaning fees may apply to remove odor and stains if you smoke indoor.

- No illegal substances of any kind allowed on the premises

- Please respect noise curfew. The property is located in a quiet neighborhood

- No shoes inside the house

- No wet clothes / towels on couches & beds

- Please wash and put away all dishes/cups

- Beads, glitters, permanent markers, BB guns, small toy bullets are not allowed

- Please report any damages and/or breakages in a reasonably timely manner to avoid unwanted charge

-No touching, unplugging, or tampering of any kind with any smart or security devices

- Maximum 2 dogs allowed with host's consent. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after dogs. Dogs are not allowed on furniture or beds

- No cats allowed due to owner's severe allergy

- Additional charges for damages or urine traces/smell indoor that require -deep clean or replacement/fixing

- Only come to the basement for laundry purposes. Close the door to the basement every time.

- Please turn off the lights and the gas stove before you leave.

- City of Toronto requires residents sort out the garbage for collection that happens on Tuesday morning. We will appreciate your assistance to categorize and put garbage in the right bin. There are green bin for organic food, black bin for garbage, and blue bin for recycling. If uncertain or if the bins outdoors are full, please leave the garbage bags inside the house and the cleaning staff will take care of it.

- An adult takes full responsibility for the safety of kids and pets. Please do not let your kids and pets access the ravine from the backyard to avoid accidents. Instead, please use the entrance path just few steps away to access the ravine for great hiking experience. You will find more information in the "outdoors" section.

🛜WIFI

For your convenience a 1.5Gb internet is provided by Rogers.

❄️Temperature control

Central Heat of the entire floor is controlled with the Ecobee thermostat located in the living room by the window.
For any technical assistance with the heating please reach out.
Heat / Cooling in bedrooms
Use the remote controls to adjust the mode and temperature of the heat pumps in each of the bedrooms. The system can be used for both heating and cooling.

🚮Garbage Collection

Please place the garbage in the correct bins under the counter. If the bins indoors are full, please place the garbage in the bins outdoors.
Please categorize and put garbage in the right bin. There is a green bin for organic food (compost), black bin for garbage, and blue bin for recycling.
The city of Toronto requires residents to sort out the garbage for collection that happens on Tuesday mornings.
Never leave bags of garbage outdoors. There are many racoons in the area. Unattended bags of garbage outdoors will lead to a disaster.

🧺Laundry

Laundry access is from 10am to 7pm on Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday.
Please contact the hosts to obtain the password. Follow the arrows to access the laundry.

🔪Kitchen

Kitchen - fully loaded, fridge, stove, dish washer, microwave, small appliances, plates, dishes and all utensils.
Basic extras are included : salt, pepper, sugar, oil, vinegar, milk, coffee, tea, ketchup
Drinking water is available from the Filter next to the sink.
Make sure to turn off the gas entirely after using the stove. Gas leak sensor is located in the cabinet above the microwave.
The Refrigerator includes ice dispenser
To use the dishwasher click "normal wash", then "start", close the lit all the way.

🛋️Living Room

Large sectional sofa can be converted to a Queen size bed by rearranging the sections
Board games are stored in one of the sections of the sofa
Coffee table is used for air purification
TV 50" , Please return the remote to its original place under the tv.
Netflix is provided by the hosts.
The light switch for the floor lamp is indicated with a small sticker.

🚿Washroom

The heated floor can be controlled from the panel outside of the washroom. Comfortable setting is 24.
First aid kit is located in the upper shelf in the washroom
Body scale is located under the sink
Luggage scale is located on the upper shelf

🌳Outdoors

Access the back yard from the side of the house
Outdoor conversation lounge is for available for guest use.
The swing is available for guest use.
If extra storage is needed, the large storage shed in the back can be used. Please contact the hosts.
For your safety, the access to the ravine is forbidden from the back yard
Access to a hiking trail is just few steps West of the house

🏘️Neighborhood

Public transit is very accessible to travel around the city with bus/streetcar (2 mins walk) and TTC (10-15mins walk to Woodbine or Coxwell station). Quick access to downtown (financial district) is about 15 minutes by Uber/taxi. Down to the beach with tons of fun activities for family by the bus in 10 mins.

There are many parks in the area with a swimming pool, a splash pad for children, a leash-free dog park, a field, and outdoor exercise equipment. The neighborhood has a great mix of cool and family-friendly restaurants, bars, and shops. This is a very kids/dogs/LGBT+-friendly neighborhood.

The property is located on a very quiet residential street. Please respect the neighborhood and keep quiet during the night hours.
The back yard is overlooking the ravine. To access use the official trail few steps West of the house.
Kids playground and dogs playground are 3 minute walk East.
Walking distance - Woodbine and Coxwell subway stations
Bus stop and Street Car are 2 mins walk on Gerrard St.
Woodbine Beach - Walk 30 mins or take the bus 10 mins
No Frills - 10 minute walk
Valuemart, convenience stores, parks and schools, Gerrard mall.
